Bob paused in opening his window to toss a satisfied glance at his neighbors working hard to shovel their driveways, then tossed a small package into the snow coating his driveway, and went to sleep. When he woke up later, his driveway was completely clear, and he felt satisfied. He headed to work later through the clear driveway.

The snow clear works in a very simple way. It is a small package made of magnesium and a smaller amount of iron. when thrown, upon contact with the cold of the snow, it ignites, burning very hot and throwing off sparks. It burns for less than a minute, and melts the snow effort free.It is non explosive.

Use of the "Shift" key is recommended.

The thermite melts the snow. The water at just above freezing runs away from region of device into cooler regions, and freezes back into ice ........ [-] for the consequences but [+] for imaginative, dangerous and inadvisable use of pyrotechnics, so neutral.
