This is some script embedded on individual web pages, that allows the user to draw a rectangle and take a snapshot of the "issue" that is perturbing them (like a site-contained screenshot). Then this visual reference is annotated with the problem and sent to the Admin or Developer so they have a better idea of what the problem is. Useful for troubleshooting during development with clients and getting feedback from people when a site is live.

       Don't know. If I google "javascript screenshot" it seems some say yes and some say no. If not, perhaps a web site opt-in firefox plug-in that uses the OS print screen.
