If you've ever been a homeowner, you know that maintaining a sprinkler system for your lawn and garden is a nightmare. While they come in many different sizes, shapes, and styles, one thing is common among them all - they suck!
Enter the "Smart Sprinkles Sprinkler." It's placed in the center of
your lawn and garden and the user is able to program it to shoot water in a super precise location for a precise amount of time. This cuts down on both the number of sprinklers needed per unit area, and reduces water from overshoot.
With some real advancments, this so called "smart sprikler" could include an IR sensor to detect boundaries in the lawn via some reflectors, or be used to dected dry spots that need more water.
All my brothers and sisters say Amen?

Why not mount it on the roof of your house? Then you could hook it to a motion sensor for your lawn to spray pesky poopdogs. |

I worry that the jet required to get the water a distance would hit the ground with considerable force. Maybe not suitable for fragile plantings. |

Price would be the primary reason why we use many small crude sprinklers rather than one high power servo action variable orrifice microprocesor controled super sprinkler. Bunworthy futurism for making things simpler through complicated technology. |
