Milk is known to induce drowsiness in children and adults. Chamomile is another popular sleep inducer. Imagine chamomile tea prepared piping hot before bedtime, with ample milk within; you may have tried this already. Balanced and thickened with an addition of curd, this preperation would be most relaxing and soothing. A hitchhiker could be pictured on the can. This can be produced using current Science.

Half-baked? No, you shake the can before drinking.

I once tried vodka in c(h)amomile tea. Didn't taste nice. But a friend of mine reckons vodka in normal tea is nice. So, I suggest you at least give it a try.
