How about shoes that have sensors in the toes that will output brail letters by pushing the pattern on the bottom of the toe.
There are similar devices for the blind to read computer text that outputs to the finger. You could have wireless output to your toes to get information silently wherever you
are.
There are plenty of moral applications but my mind goes right to game show answers, test taking etc.

have the shoe transmit audio using bone induction. apply a speaker to an area of skin directly over the bone (such as jawbone, or ball of foot). bone resonates, and you can actually hear the audio through your skeleton. |
