A pair of shoes with bellows built into the soles, and
air filters to prevent dirt, dogshit and grass clippings
making their way in.
Tubing to the waist allows you to pump air into your
shirt, to cool you while you walk or as you sit and
jiggle your feet up and down.
Of course, this will
result in a billowy shirt, much as
a pirate would wear.
From toes to...Well, not quite all the way to the head...

It's been horrendously hot here, recently. Working at the
Scout den on Saturday morning, it was 41C (106F) by
midday. Anything would help. |

Swap you! I've about had a gutful of days higher than
body temperatures. |

//If it helps, we've been at the other end of the spectrum here in northwestern USA.// That makes this even more useful! It's so cold out here (high of -9F tomorrow) that boots are required (if you prefer your feet attached to your body) but when you go indoors your feet will overheat. A bellows cooling system would be much better than untying and retying. |

Just realised this would make your shirt look all billowy,
such as pirates and swashbucklers would wear. |
