It should be quite simple to manufacture Peltier Junction fabric.

The Peltier Junction is a semiconductor junction where a temperature differential is created when a voltage is applied and (in the Seebeck effect) a voltage is created when a temperature differential is applied.

Seebeck underpants are the ideal undergarment for the world travelling businessman. Instead of having to sit on the plane for hour watching Mr Bean they could continue right on working on their laptops even after the battery has gone flat. Simply couple the underpants to the laptop and go to work, even when sleeping they will be recharging the laptop battery.
