A restaurant with a Saharan theme, representing the Saharan people's dishes.
Think low tables, lot of rugs, the bleating* of goats, the odour of elderly camels and a proportional set of foods, representing the Saharan races, two are rice, two are meat and two are egg.
I'm in condition today, sadly.

There is a discrete section of Los Angeles filled with restaurants that seem to have menus similar to this. The area is called "Little Ethiopia", which is not precisely Saharan in its ethnicity, but perhaps it is close enough by geography, cuisine, and the intent of the author. |

Do they serve sandwiches ? |

|
Will they be real adult goats bleating, or are you just kidding ? |
