Nothing is more annoying than when the bumps in the road are just slightly off from the beat of the music on the radio, same with the wipers and the turn signals. So I propose a small electronic box that would synchronize with the Cruise control and the radio and adjust the speed of the car up or down slightly as well as the pace of the wipers to bring all four into phase with the bumps in the road and with each other thus removing the discordance from your daily drive.

Annotation:

It would be far easier (and less dangerous) to do real-time beat matching with the audio to sync to the wiper blades and spans of concrete slab.

What if you put on a smoky slow jazz tune? Do you have to exit the freeway?

it would not have to match them beat for beat so much as syncroise them to have matching peaks even if its 1/2 or double time, just so that the beat occurs on a seam.

       You have regular bumps?

       Oh, and sp.: synchronize

[MB] I assume is primarily intended for concrete paving, where the sections are typically of a uniform length.
