A basic GPS receiver that has a photovoltaic charger and a "clockwork" generator built in. Needs no external power. Crank the handle for five minutes and it tells you where you are. Or just leave it in the sun (if any)*.
* Not suitable for Scotland.

Yes, but they're not integrated. Extra kit to lug around and get damaged or lost, fiddly cables, the works. |
