The contraption consists of an adjustable hight weighed down pedal stand, to be stood in front of your favorite chair, couch, etc. The pedals have the usual straps for convenience and surface tension retention. The contraption supports normal pedalling and sideways "pressing". Gears are provided for
variant effort levels.
You turn the pedals one way to click up, the other to click down, and you press the right side for higher and left side for lower vlume.
