to support x number of people for 3 years?, will they all get along? I suppose a brig would be in order to avoid the rumors of the Biosphere II. Also Tourist and adventurers could book passage should the trial be successful (in essence funding the project possibly due to certain activities not legal within nearby countries national boundaries).
