This is an extra long snorkel that can be velcro-ed against the body to keep it out of the way, and then unstrapped and maybe supported by helium balloons to keep it upright, and worn around everyday life, maybe the balloons are those big smiley face balloons. This device would allow the user to sip air from the top of a room, or just from about 12 feet above the ground, or from another air source, or from a place of rarification. That way if the people around you were getting trapped in one of those bad air exchange vortical traps you could just blow some good air their way. To justify the "bong" part of this I guess it could have a purification element like a water filtration system, or maybe some kind of magnetic lung that purifies the air. But just a tube would probably work. Maybe this is why digeree doos have been around for so long. Maybe this should have a periscoping aspect so that it can get a lot longer than 6 feet which may not be far enough to get different air. Or maybe I should get off my high horse and learn to share air with the hoi polloi.

I can see this being useful on crowded commuter trains, when you might like to breathe air through the tiny window opening.

Make it extra-long, just high enough to reach the smog levels for smokers trying to quit.
