Radio/television numbering scheme with readings in style of Countdown

 Before an advert starts on radio or television a number is read out and again after it. This number combined with the hour of the day is enough to look up information with the day of the year and year

Every hour should be genuinely new content or just adverts for things.

The broadcasting should be filled with potentialities and possibilities that we are reaching for.

       It's a solution to solve the "I heard something somewhere and they repeated a long URL or an harder to remember phone number.   

       If it's the 26ieth message on the radio of that hour then they should say 26 in clear voice before the broadcast.
