It's called a Radar Reflector or Radar Target Enhancer or other such names. The are used on small, fibreglass watercraft to make them more visible on radar. I'm not sure if you can get a pocket-sized one but it wuld seem feasable that you could, all you need is tinfoil. |

Active versions of these devices are also availiable that transmit a radar-frequency radio signal that shows up as a strong "blip" on radar. |
