Putinelli
pasta shells modelled on Putin's head | |
I love pasta, and have posted several ideas here and registered others for copy protection. Putinelli is another one.
Russian leader Putin has a "roundy" type of head, making it the perfect model for a celebratory new pasta shape. The miniature Putin heads are perfectly crafted, with the pasta capable
of holding a great amount of detail. Being half hollow, Putinelli Pasta will also readily fill with sauce. (in the manner of Conchigliette shells for example)
The current most popular serving method is for the Putinelli to be placed on one side of a plate featuring a low level ridge running across its centre, with the sauce placed on the other side.
This makes it ready for either forking one or two "heads" at a time into the sauce, or tilting the plate's balance slightly causing the whole mass of Putinelli to swarm across and be completely enveloped.

It's actually called Putinelli because you put the sauce in the half hollow. |

From the makers of the hit cereal: Gorbechex. |

Rushin to conclusions isn't even necessary. The situation over there is pretty clear. And even if youkrain your head around and stare he's going to do what he's going to do. He's going to kiev them a thrashing and no mistake. |

Maybe a Care Bear Stare will work. |
