Process Start Warning

The problem: You have too many things installed, and one of them is hogging the memory or the cpu or the web. You don't remember installing it, but maybe you did.

The solution: Before starting, but after the OS is up, any process AND service AS IT IS BEING started pops up a modal message box telling you the process name, and information from the PSW user community about its origin how it was installed, and what it is used for.
