Potato chip/crisp packaging

When I order something, it generally arrives in a big cardboard box, with the excess space in the box taken up by air-filled bags which cushion my stuff against mishandling. Sometimes the box is filled with foamed cylindrical pieces of potato starch instead. These are good - they're biodegradeable and cheap and will crush to protect your delivery.

How about combining the two? If I could pay a small (optional) surcharge to have the potato starch cylinders inside the airbags, made in food-grade conditions, flavoured...

OK, you got me. Just put £1 on the bill and fill the box with bags of Cheetos.

Strictly optional, to spare those of us that either a) don't like Cheetos, or b) buy a lot online...

However getting one into each bubble of the bubble wrap might prove a challenge...

Agreed... and getting them out would be time-consuming too. Surely someone could invent a machine to do both, and then sell it online?

Alternatively, the bags that surround my stuff are quite big - crisp-packet-sized and might be a better choice.

Thinking about it, bags of marshmallows would work equally well.

Not thinking about it, hot coffee might be nice to get delivered as well.

Be sure and shrink wrap the container lest you be shipping sugar-seeking bugs everywhere.

Surely not, as long as the edibles were properly sealed inside their bags?
