The imposing, grim view of graffiti-covered towerblocks stretching to the horizon is cause for depression, particularly if the graffiti is poorly executed. Poems are often narrow lines of text arranged in tall blocks. The windows of the towerblocks need not be rectilinear: they could be letter-shaped, or silvered in the form of letters. Arrange these letters in a particular order and you have a towerblock on which a poem is written.
Could also be applied to skyscrapers.
