This is an audio network over the internet that allows users
to change who they are talking to and what they are saying
at the same time.
Like the old telephone networks the interchange would
work via audio, but in this case it would work all the time,
while you were talking.
This would
leave the developing of a language to fit this
environment up to the users.
Maybe there could be biofeedback elements and
intelligence that incrementally would allow for more or
different users to be added to a conversation based on tone
of voice and content of text. Gradually people would learn
to speak effectively. Maybe a universal language would
develop out of it.
