This is an audio network over the internet that allows users to change who they are talking to and what they are saying at the same time.

Like the old telephone networks the interchange would work via audio, but in this case it would work all the time, while you were talking.

This would leave the developing of a language to fit this environment up to the users.

Maybe there could be biofeedback elements and intelligence that incrementally would allow for more or different users to be added to a conversation based on tone of voice and content of text. Gradually people would learn to speak effectively. Maybe a universal language would develop out of it.
