The back of your mobile phone includes a pocket to carry
things in. So you can put keys in there, or a small USB
battery, or anything, or take them out and have your
phone as slim as it started, barely thicker than a phone
without a pocket. There could also be things that poke out
of the pocket
for use or easier access. Like how pens often
have a clip to hold them on the top of your shirt pocket.
For that matter you could keep a pen in your phone
pocket, or a screen stylus.
