Cheer by clinking cell phones together, or on other people's glasses. My little cousin did this at dinner the other day, since she can't drink alcohol.
Good if, well, you're a kid who can't drink alcohol, or other situations.

This is quickly going to result in phone-conker competitions, in which the structural integrity of $800 Iphones will be tested against original Nokia phones. Suddenly, the dual core a5 chip doesn't seem so useful... |

Actually looking up, and lifting and moving the phone, is so 2011. I expect nothing less than an app that shows a "cheers" button which makes a clink noise and sends an automated notification to all phones within a few yards that they've been "clinked". |
