You probably need to have played "Guess Who" as a nipper to really appreciate this idea, but here goes:

Traditional version: Stick passport sizes pictures of your friends, family or work colleagues over the top of the traditional "Sam, Ivor, Michelle" characters.

Hi-tech version: A version played across the net, with the option to scan/download pictures of anyone into the usual Guess Who cards. Essential: Clicking on the cards to eliminate them would fire an .wav file of that satisfying plastic 'clunk' from the original game.

"Are they female?" "No."
Click click click click. click.

"Australian?" "No."
Click.

"Do they like clocks?" "Yes."
Click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click.

I'm sure I've seen this somewhere but as I can't find it I'm starting to think I must have dreamt it. Nice.

yabba - the example above *is* Halfbakery Guess Who. The fun is that with people you know you can use personality traits (such as a pathalogical desire to make a clock out of everything) as well as physical traits.

By the way, he's the one with green wellies, a tractor, and a white mustache.

No, he's just pleased to see you. Oh, sorry... I thought you said "knockwurst".

Nooo... that would be "seemingly annoyed".
