I stash pens, too, and for much the same reason. |
As this is now written it's not a particularly original invention. Maybe you could re-cast as a real original invention? |
I keep my pen, pencil and rubber in the safe behind the money. |
I use the black "holster" made for AA maglites, threaded through my belt; I keep my pens in it. One of them is my PDA stylus multipen (link). |
Not a bad idea, but I don't need it. When a pen goes missing I always know where to find it... my boss's office. |
I had a boss like that once, but we cured him. I made an exploding pen, using a tilt switch, a ligher battery, and a tiny theatrical maroon. When he picked the pen up, it exploded. |
His pen stealing habit ended on that day and never recurred. And no, he wasn't hurt. And yes, I tested it on myself first. |
I just visit my manager's desk every couple of days and retrieve all the pencils he's walked off with. He never notices. |
Chew the ends. I mean really deform them, with lots of teeth marks. No-one will want to use it. |
8th of 7: can you amke me some of those exploding pens? |
No, but it's fairly easy to do. Use a penlight casing - it already has some useful wiring inside, and use a pyrotechnic electric fuse - available from theatrical and film suppliers, or model shops (used in toy rocketry) and about as powerful as a big toy pistol cap. Don't be tempted to use "bullet hit" type dets unless you are prepared to spend a lot of money on doing safety tests; remember, if you cause any actual injury to the victim the prank will quickly cease to be funny. Don't say you weren't warned. |

8th, I confess I cannot make the connection between your link and this idea, particularly where the word 'baked' comes into play. |

I solved the problem of losing pens..... I have a box of 64 Crayolas beside my desk. Whenever something is important.... I use the red color.....Whenever I have to sign something.... I use Blue....It seems to be a relaxing color. Pink is used for Memos and those "While you were out" pink slips...I particularly enjoy looks I get when I give them to the person and the look at me with a blank stare............ |

when someone nicks my pen i nick somone elses, so the pens circulate and stimulate the economy |
