If you could get a patent on the business methods of the patent trolls?

Just a pipe dream, but.... If you could get a patent on the business methods of the patent trolls, ( buy lots of junk patents, wait for viable businesses to develop, threaten to sue and extort money from those businesses. ...and so on)

Could you then have them cease their preying; or would you simply extort money from the trolls and give it back ?
