Pasta Channel
grind cheese and sprinkle it on your edible remote control as you watch.. | |
Pasta Channel is a TV channel devoted entirely to the
subject of pasta.
Brought you by the maker of the highly appreciated
Laundry Channel, Pasta Channel joins those other
favourites
that are already successfully running - ie: The Bacon
Station; Cheese Flix; Soup,Beautiful Soup, and
who
could forget the ever popular Toast TV?
On The Pasta Channel are all things connected with
pasta.
Naturally there are the complete spaghetti westerns
series, but there are other gems like Spike Lee's Do The
Right Thing. Adverts for products such as tinned
tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, Parmesan and holidays in
Bologna punctuate every programme.
In fact a whole team of researchers have saved
thousands
of TV clips and entire movies that feature some aspect
of
pasta that qualifies them for inclusion in the new Pasta
Channel.
Other food TV channels are under development to
complete the package: Chicken And Chips; Rice and
Has Beans; and for our oriental friends who will eat
anything that moves, there will be Noodles And
Poodles.

If Camp Teacup had a television, the cowpokes, snowplow technicians and the zamboni driver would totally watch this channel. |

Yes, I was afraid this would descend into a annotation thread fu-silli puns |

But, as the penne is mightier than the sword, puns
are inevitable. |
