Well, short of leaving the country, then the losing side are imprisoned in a country which has policies they don't agree with. |

That is hilarious, [2fries]. Technically, though, they're casting votes on behalf of other representatives, reprehensibly, rather than on behalf of the man in the street directly. |

Perhaps the person overseeing that process could come up with some sort of advanced fraud detection algorithm along the lines of "IF {number of votes > number of people} THEN {something is fucked up} ELSE {something may or may not be fucked up}. |
