Paper Clip Hopper

 A hopper and dispenser for single paperclips.

A hopper for loose paperclips, from which a magnetized Möbius band draws them singly and lowers them to be taken for use.

This innovation would eliminate the position of "guy who strings loose paperclips into interminably long strands".
