The word "How?" springs to mind at this point.

Orbital Orangery

The benefits of an Orbital Orangery are manifold, it's always sunny day in space, astronauts can get their vitamin C etc

In the event of an object possible hitting the OO, it deploys the huge orange squeezer, which in the same way mysterious that oranges seem to have an infinite amount of spray just to get into the eye than in feasible.

Think of it as the EM drive, but with oranges.

Be careful to order the correct citrus trees, otherwise this project might be a lemon ...

What are you're technical specs? any centrifuging happening here or are we growing in free fall? what's you're growing medium? anything else in your orangery ecosystem or just trees? will there be ice cream & why clowns? so many questions.

I like the idea of a giant glass globe with a smaller sphere of growing medium floating in it's centre, but the window cleaning bill will be huge.

//anything else in your orangery ecosystem//

Can I suggest Melipona beecheii, Agaricus bisporus & Lumbricus rubellus as potential options for recycling, pollination & soil health as well as a little variety to the citrus menu (hmm.. if we clone worms using hollowed out cow ovums will they taste like beef?)

Baked. Orange trees grow on Earth, Earth orbits Sun.

       // Earth orbits Sun //

That's what They want you to belive, certainly ...

It's "true", for a given value of "true". In fact, the Earth-Moon diploid orbits the centre of mass of the (Earth-Moon) - Sun system.

The reality is that your planet lollops through space like a drunken* kangaroo.

*although one that is more predictable than an actual drunken kangaroo **

** drunken kangaroos*** are hilariously funny to watch. Their bipedal locomotion does not adapt well to even small amounts of beer****.

*** also works for wallabies (apparently ).

****Giving beer to kangaroos is not big or clever; but it is very, very funny *****

******but not as funny as giving Baileys Irish Cream to cats.

This idea has a certain, tang... to it.

Why hasn't anybody stated the bleedin' obvious? Using oranges, one could create an orbiting orange orrery in the Orangery.
