Nose Power Switches

Ever been shut down by a reeking odor? No more!

Friends been smoking again?

Skunk just spray your dog?

Live near a dumpster?

Cleaning a car with kerosene?

Well, say no more!

Our handy-dandy nose-switch-installations specialists will insert a simple wall switch (the switch, not the entire faceplate) right on the bridge of your nose!

Now, whenever something stinky rears its ugly head, reach up to the switch, and cut the signals to the brain off.

(Batteries not included, not responsable for accidentally switching any other sense off at the same time, void where prohibited, this product may contain peanuts.)

No one wants to watch you switch on the recessed model, though.

Please, you can do better than this. Switches to turn off senses - not original and not interesting.

I like it. Jake Johansen once said he loves having to wear glasses. That way, when he's talking to someone and he thinks "I wish I couldn't see you..." he just takes them off. Beautiful.

       "I wish I couldn't smell you..."

I wish I could do that - Especially when I'm 'baking and I hear "Ooh, thumbwax, look at the TV" only to see an ad with Sarah "Horseface" Jessica Parker in it. She gives me nightmares. And my housemates know it.

I think she's cute but my husband emphatically agrees with you, [tw].

SJP? I wanna ask her equestrian.
my face your, May 18 2003

       What would her equestrian know?
bristolz, May 18 2003

       Why the long face?
lintkeeper2, May 18 2003

SJP is also low on talent, in my opinion.

I have found further evidence to substantiate what nightmares I speak of. See link.

How about nose dimmer switches for crime scenes, or tracking (blood hound style). Or nose clappers for when a smelly person enters a room.
Mr Risk, May 19 2003

Of course, we all know that only bright, young, attractive people should be allowed on TV. Now shall we get back to the topic?

On second thoughts, it's a silly idea. Let's not.

If I wanted to see a talking horse, I'd watch Mister Ed. He's prettier. I must admit though, it's amazing CG woik to make it appear that the talking horseface is actually human in form.
thumbwax, May 19 2003

(-) for the idea, but there's no need to be cruel about it.
