This idea was spawned by the South African flame thrower deterrent, but instead of flames, a spring loaded metal bar pops out from under the car disabling the car jacker by striking him in the shins.

Forget the shins. Hit 'em where it counts.

That, I must say, is one of the most bitchinest ideas I've heard in a good long while.

NOTE: If the bar was also textured it may hurt more

Tommy, now 3'4"tall from too many foiled attempts at stealing cars with the anti-theft device "The bladinator" (say it like Arnold) Has retired from theivery at 17 years of age. He is quoted as saying "I have a hard enough time getting up into the seats of stolen vehicles now since I am walking on what was once my knees. Pushing the gas and brake pedals isn't easy either." Tommy has since retired from car theft and has said to have great plans for the future as a circus midget..........
