Nightclub lighthouse

Kill two birds with one stone by marrying the lighthouse industry with the nightclub industry. Kids will love all those bright flashing lights and sea-vessels will appreciate the additional warning noises (sirens, bleeps, etc.) that characterise the modern genre of, how you say, "the groove".
