Combining the roles of Leader of the Opposition and The Doctor is going to be a tough gig ... |
|
|
Ahh, but that's the cunning bit, when the little man in the dalek suit gets cheesed off, they can just swap him out, and no one will ever know.. |

Very easy gig, you just have to consistently lose, so never actually do anything for the money.. |

//Next Dr Who should be a dalek// But then it would be Dr. What. |

No. You can't pack the mind of a timelord into a mass of
genetically grown bubbling hate. One of these newfangled
acquired daleks might be a different story. |

Making the doctor more alien would lose the casual 'Dr Who'
watcher's empathy. |

Now *that* sounds like a challenge. I mean, there's no reason in principle why you can't; there would just be a series of interesting practical difficulties. |

Sounds like there is an artistic limit to a production. Too
many people working on a project hides the quirkiness of
individual collaborators and reduces the entity to a generic
great rather than something unique and special. Too much
money does spoil the broth. |
