Speaking from personal experience Ive always been dissatisfied with the conventional western mattress. Ive always been envious of the birds, they look like they've got it figured out, what could be more cozy then a nest? So I would like to see a rise in the more natural approach in sleeping. By scavenging
around for small twigs and straw to construct your very own nest for your home I think we could cut down on a growing trend in insomnia.

During a summer in Iowa and in between bouts of moving stacks of hay bails, I have attempted to curl up in stray and get some sleep and other than the inherant warmth provided by decomposing green hay, I can't say it's all that comfortable and rather itchy, especially straw. |
