Nation-Prefectural Relations
Have small countries start building direct relationships with prefectures and states of large countries, and this way endow those states and prefectures with agency and voice in the global stage. | |
This idea is about making the large regimes and over-sized countries less
influential on the global stage.
The problem:
In the global politics, we see words like "Country X vs Country Y, relation Z",
and this is in the news, perpetuating the countries in the consciousness of
the readers.
An
idea:
Have small countries start building direct relationships with prefectures and
states of large countries, creating new buzzwords in the global stage, and
this way endowing those states and prefectures with agency and voice in
the global stage.
This would likely help reduce the influence of oversized regimes.
