Each weeks episode explores a series of harmless myths
perpetrated by the shows team. They design the myth,
say that a circus duck that played the piano started
writing
music once given a certain intelligence enhancing drug.
The news broadcasts, web articles and social sites that
buy
the
myth are collected and then, after getting a friendly
note saying that they were pranked, asked if they mind
if their
broadcast, website or newspaper articles get featured in
the show.
Kind of like a twist on the old Candid Camera tv show.

Purely for the purposes of collating which ones are
comfortable with everyone knowing they're staffed by a
lying bunch of poorly trained retards who never bother to
check or corroborate sources & those that would rather
people didn't know that about them, of course, they get
included however they respond to the missive, if
their response is amusing enough it gets shown in toto. |

And it could serve to inspire lying poorly trained
retards to up their game and become lying highly
trained retards. |

Bugger! that's not what we want, they're harder to spot than
the poorly
trained ones. |

If I mention Hugh Trevor- Roper, will that trigger Godwin's Law? |

The big trick will be ensuring against the double-cross
conspiracy hypothesis that inevitably creeps up. "I saw this on
mythmakers so it can't be true." |
