You're eating a delicious muffin. But wait, what's happening? It's falling to pieces! Crumbs are dropping onto your carpet, your desk, your lap! What do you do?
No problem! Just whip out a can of colorless, tasteless, 100% edible Muffin Glue. Spray a blast over your muffin, and it bonds to the
surface, and sinks inside with its sticky magic. Now all the muffin is firmly bound together. No more disintegration disappointment. Also works on cookies and toast.

I can't help but think that this invention, when used, would create chocolate silly putty. |
Won't you just eat your way through a layer of Muffin Glue then have the same problem all over again? How does it sink inside? |
It sinks in with the natural porousness of muffins, cake, toast, etc. And it wouldn't be very sticky, just enough to set on the muffin and form an invisible, undetectable coating. |

Sticky Toffee Chocolate Sauce... in a spraycan! |
Slap some icing on that thing, man! Thats a true muffin for ya, icing covered and in one big hunk. |
I would like my muffins to contain muffin dough and possible chocolate chips, banana or other natural and edible stuff, thank you very much. No glue or other artificial additions. Fishbone. |

Plates or paper bags work wonders. |

[RodsT] <meeioww> So you've already had some then? <meeioowww> |

[Stu], I think that "bite size" muffins are suited to you. BTW, when did muffins grow to the size of a baby's head? Do the health nuts realize they are eating dessert cake for breakfast? |
I agree with you so far as the muffin crumbling problem goes. Just today i had a carrot muffin while running out the door, and it left a trail of crumbs from the kitchen to the elevator. |

Muffin glue would simply be a bath in gelatin followed by a chill in the refrigerator before consumption. My dad always put fruit in his jello, so why couldn't you do the same with muffins? |
Ah, but it seems to me one of the alluring qualities of a muffin is its tender texture... at least ideally. Some of the ones we get on campus could double as footballs, but that's besides the point. Therefore: if you do indeed enjoy the muffin for the texture, this seems doomed to failure. If you don't, why not simply grab a scone, breadroll, or sandwich? |

A way to get a far less crumbly corn bread is to use some yellow cake mix along with the cornbread mix. It really works and doesn't detract from the cornbread very noticeably; except to make it less dry and much less crumbly, both big plusses in my book. Perhaps a similar approach could work with muffins? |

Isn't this called frosting? |

Muffin glue, bite size muffins, all good ideas but I prefer just cramming the entire muffin in my mouth with one biteif I don't want to make a mess. |

I have seen the Muffin man, and he never puts the cap back on the glue...tsk, tsk! |

I've been applying glue to various muffins for 20 years now. |

Just roll it down to the size of a golf ball. |
