 rock climbing facilities built on skyscrapers

why not rock climbing facilities incorporated right on the side of skyscraper office buildings? could be another perk companies offer to attract employees and great entertainment for the folks commuting to work down below! kind like REI only outside the building with no safety lines or nets.
