These will be
1. Helium filled
2. inflatable
3. umbrella sized,
4. flying saucer shaped
5. equiped with tiny camera, and processor
6. and a propeller
7. with a neutral buoyancy
"intelligent" ballons. 8-10 of these will be placed in market streets.
on hot sunny days, these will find
walkers walking on street by using camera and some processing and will hang on their heads, similar to umbrella. These balloons will follow walkers, as they move till preset end of covered are is reached. After than balloons will leave that walker and try to find another one in opposite direction.
Optionally, these can be with speakers and advert supported, and will advertise nearby shops.

Yes, it was actually filmed in Salford. Although they had to do a major cleanup job on the bits they used to make the place look significantly less bleak and unattractive. |
