Earlier today, I was playing tennis with my eldest daughter
(dear readers, she's 10.5 - when I started on the halfbakery,
she wasn't born).
As we were playing doubles, there were points of the game
where I was standing in front of her on court and unable to
see exactly what she was doing.
The mirror-framed racquet is made of your usual materials
(carbon, metal) with a highly polished plastic frame cover
on
it so that I can put it up and have a quick nosey behind me
without having to physically turn around.
Safety matters :)

You could also use it to tactically dazzle your opponents. |

How the devil is she playing you and is behind you? Oh, with. As you
were. |

Likewise, mirrored hurdles in the 110m hurdles running race would allow you to see how far behind you your opponents are |
