Mini Mangle

Squeeze every last drop from everything

Over here we tend to have a lot of foodstuffs in tubes, like cod fish roe (yeah I know it sounds disgusting but it's actually very nice on your boiled egg) and sometimes it's really hard to get the last bit out. On the advert for the cod fish roe stuff a girl goes down to the laundry room and squeezes the last bit out with a mangle. This made me think why not have a mini-mangle you can have in your kitchen just for this porpoise ?

Seems to imply it would work just as well for cod fish roe tubes as for toothpaste... [Taika, Oct 04 2004, last modified Oct 05 2004]

Sliders, oh yeah, forgot about those, not sure they would be heavy duty enough for the kitchen though. A micro mangle for the toothpaste would be good. Basically every room needs a mangle.

Why not just use a hand-cranked pasta machine?

Funny you should mention that, but that's exactly how I visualised it looking. I don't own one so I wouldn't know but I think using the actual pasta machine would ruin it after a while maybe.

So this isn't about "Neighbours" then?
