Spectator sport is fun and all. But the athletes have to concentrate so hard on playing that they do not put on an optimum show for the spectators. They must concentrate on not dropping the ball and so on. That is fine if they are playing for their health, or to entertain themselves and their buddies but I paid top dollar for that DISH service. This is about me!

I propose that liberated from the ball or puck or whatnot, sportsmen as entertainers could keep the focus on entertainment and less on the striving and contestation. Ideally, image smiths would digitally add the ball later to reproduce that realism and allow me to watch from my basement where it is cool.
