The Macropolitan Line is a model version
of an underground train network, of the
style and city of your choice.
It arrives complete with replica trains and
lengths of tubing which contain the
tracks.
The tubes can be bent and curved to
create a layout, with some sections
containing
stops, featuring detailed
platforms thronging with model
figures.
Tiny video cameras allow you to gain
continuous images of your Macropolitan
Train hurtling around the network. You
can switch between driver's tunnel view,
platform monitoring, or in carriage
action.
The best place to install your
Macropolitan
line is under a floor, where it can snake
between the various joists and beams.
Burying it in the garden is another
alternative. Either way, no-one need ever
know about your secret and fascinating
hobby.

++ pretty much anything involving model trains. |

I have seen large train installations that included subway sections, though that was before miniature videocams were eay to come by. |

Unfortunately, the line // no-one need ever know about your secret and fascinating hobby // pre-empts an idea we wanted to post for a "model underground railway", the core of which was that it consisted just of a cityscape surface model and at no point were any if the trains ever visible. |
