Imagine you are at a beautiful place like beaches of hawai or swiss mountains and you want to preserve those memories. I think here is one way you could do it.

Lets imagine the surroundings (say, mountains) are still. Nothing is moving, except may be you. In such a case, there is no differnece between a still photo and video of the scenery.

Now take 360 degree photos of the surrounding as well as top view.

Now construct hemispherical semitransperent dome of diameter of 6-7 feet. Paste the high resolution, high quality panaromic photos from inside the dome. Throw appropriate amount of uniform light on the dome from outside.

Now simply sit inside the dome at the center and enjoy your coffee.
