make someone over from head to toe including weight loss help and fashion advice (not necessarily surgery). After they have reached their beauty goals let them pick their perfect mate from a group of hopefulls. Instead of the group of supermodels you regulary see on dating reality shows this one can feature a real person that the audiance will be able to relate to. The goal is to find people who were never prom queen or captain of the football team who didn't have 25 guys/girls wanting to be with them. that will give them the confidence to change their own life and give the audience hope as well.

Would Like to Meet http://www.bbc.co.u...etomeet_index.shtml
BBC3 show which takes goofs, fixes 'em up, & sends 'em out dating... [seedy em, Oct 04 2004]

So, an surgically-enhanced, liposuctioned person is one we can all relate to?

I like the "not necessarily surgery" part... Some people just need to clean up a little, not spend thousands on plastic surgery (like those makeover shows would have us believe).
