This is a public library program to encourage homeless
conspiracy
theorists to create podcasts of their conspiracy theories that
can
then be rated by the public. Public libraries are full of
homeless
conspiracy theorists and this program would engage the
clientele
and the digital tools
that libraries should be promoting.
