"Want a little Lemoninit?" Dried powdered lemon peel & sugar in a shaker for adding to English Breakfast tea to give it a kick. Fancy version uses a grinder and real lemon peel. Alternate flavors: sugarfree, or cinnamon + cloves.

Can lemon flavour be dried? I thought it was mainly due to limonene, which is fairly volatile. I'd be surprised if it remained in dried, powdered lemon peel.

Given the ready availability of lemons, sugar and drieth - have you actually tested this?

There are many powdered lemonade mixes- aka: powdered lemon and sugar, which you can use for this purpose. I would call it baked.

See help file for what happens when you post ideas which are no more than flavour variations.
