The webpage is an all white screen with pixels as if sprinkled with fairy dust. The background is all white and the foreground is almost entirely text. In pixie land many fairies work behind the scenes to cause children to contemplate who might be doing things. That one line of text in particular relates to the age group of children that the learning messages are to affect. It is as if you're watching someone do something exactly at the time you are reading, and they are indicating the correct way to interpret the words by minutely adjusting visual imagery in the foreground by white noise manipulation that is beyond explanation by the text. However it helps understand the text by guiding the reader's eye to the important concepts and implying connections to pixies.
