1st March 2016 will begin at midday on 29th February.

Henceforth, the day will change at midday instead of midnight.

The 24 hour clock will swap around, so 1800 will be in the morning and 0600 will be in the evening.

Monday morning will be immediately followed by Tuesday afternoon, then Tuesday evening, Tuesday night, and then after that Tuesday morning.
