Law and Order DUN DUN sound module

A handy device for producing a DUN DUN sound.

Whenever I watch Law and Order, I am fascinated with the musical DUN DUN noise that separates scenes in the show. I was thinking that you could have a little sound module and speaker that produces the DUN DUN noise to punctuate insults and provide an escapement from awkward sciences.

Parent: Johnny, have you been smoking in the garage?

Johnny: ...

Johnny: ...

Johnny: DUN DUN (turns and leaves)

Or;

Marissa: Hey Steven! I was wondering if you could like, I don’t know, come to the dance with me?

Steven: ...

Marissa: Its on Friday night, but if you are bu...

Steven: DUN DUN

Steven: ...

Marissa: Thats allri...

Steven: DUN DUN

Steven: ...(leaves)

It is like the musical equivalent of the word touché, sort of.

I think your audience would be limited. I live in the US, where atleast 20 different Law and Order shows, are on per hour. Don't watch any of them, and have no idea what the use of this sound would do to prevent, or activate, any teen.

(Sounds like a cheap version of "A Cloclkwork Orange"jingle, to me.)

It's a gavel. You can find it anywhere on the net and put it on some small, ubiqitous playback device.

I like the idea of any noise to stop awkward sentences. However I don't see how it would be comparable to touché.

I would call this module a "cassette player." [-]

It doesn't actually sound like "DUN DUN" though. That sounds more like the intro's first two bass notes. This is just one sound.
